I loved the elegant and traditional decor of the hotel, especially in the grand entrance and lobby. It gave me a nostalgic feeling and reminded me of the good old days. The general areas were well-maintained and clean, making it enjoyable to spend time there. The hotel's accessibility was excellent for senior people like myself. The staff were always ready to assist me and made sure I was comfortable during my stay.
I would have appreciated if the children working there could have provided more information about nearby attractions and activities suitable for senior guests.

I stayed at Rihga Hotel Zest for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The buffet breakfast was incredible, with a wide variety of options and the staff were always kind and helpful. The rooms were lovely and spacious, giving a luxury feel. The beds were very comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. The location was convenient, only a 10-minute walk from the JR Takamatsu Station. I also appreciated the vending machine on the 7th floor with options for sugar-free soda, as I am diabetic. The cleaning staff were thorough and efficient, ensuring a clean and comfortable stay.
Can recommend this hotel.

The location was great and stunning, relatively near The Kagawa Museum. The area was great really close to the river, which was also a lovely place to sit and take in the view, and the undercover shopping mall. I booked a room with a soft bed, central heating, TV set, and a fridge. Private bathrooms, that included a bidet, were cleaned daily.

Modern budget hotel, exceptional views, excellent location close to shopping street. Exceptionally comfortable beds, central heating, cable channels, and a refrigerator in the room. Big bathroom with bidet. Location near to many shops as well as the centre of town. For tea or coffee visit Cafe Lourdes nearby.

The rooms at Rihga Hotel Zest Takamatsu are cozy and comfortable, with a TV for entertainment, a fridge for snacks, and a tea/coffee maker for a quick pick-me-up. They are brightly lit, creating a pleasant atmosphere to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. As a young holiday goer, I felt right at home in these rooms.
I personally found the bathrooms with shower/tub combinations a bit small and cramped. However, this is just my opinion and others might still appreciate its functionality.

The hotel had a marvellous location, walk from a train station. And it was at a medium distance from The Kagawa Museum.

The television in our room was not working properly, but the staff at Rihga Hotel Zest Takamatsu quickly moved us to a larger suite room with two big windows. The bath tub was spacious and the shower room was great. We had a comfortable stay for three nights and the staff was very accommodating.

The hotel had a charming and elegant decor that made me feel like I was stepping into a different era. The cozy sitting areas and beautiful artwork on the walls created a warm and inviting atmosphere. I also appreciated how easy it was for senior people like myself to navigate around the hotel. The hallways were well-lit, and there were handrails in the corridors, making it safe and convenient for older guests.
I would have loved to see more activities or amenities tailored specifically for senior people. It would have been nice to have a dedicated space for relaxation or socializing with fellow seniors.

The location couldn't be better, as it was conveniently situated near the station, with easy access to the ferry dock to Naoshima and other attractions. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing top-notch service throughout my stay. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities such as heating, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. I especially enjoyed the beautiful view of the small river that ran through the middle of the city, adding to the overall charm of this venue.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

The hotel was located in a fantastic area close to shopping, restaurants, and transportation. The rooms were spacious and the staff was very accommodating. We had no issues with any of the amenities offered and were able to enjoy our city break comfortably.
We did notice a slight unpleasant odor in the room upon arrival. the TV in the room was not functioning properly and required maintenance.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel boasts incredible views of a small river. A park with colorful flowers and a bustling shopping arcade are just a stone's throw away from the hotel. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed with a roomy bathroom, and an excellent breakfast buffet. Helpful and courteous staff offer excellent service and attention to detail, making sure guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Despite the many positives, a better price could be found elsewhere.
